If you are not satisfied with any of your order, or any of the services that we provide for you, then please speak to me personally, tell me your problems, or just call with any comments that you wish to make.
In the event of any 'less than satisfactory' situation I will assure you that the very personal service 'De Luxe' offers will be fully at your disposal.
MEET ON ARRIVAL:
We will be glad to meet you on your arrival in the UK to take off any china, cutlery, laundry, aircraft equipment etc., which will be returned to you with your catering prior to departure. This is the ideal opportunity to speak to us personally and make some forward provision for your departure catering.
You can be confident that if you are met by one of our representatives your equipment will be secure from the time it leaves you until returned for your departure in one of our temperature controlled and secure vehicles.

LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING:
- We will be glad to meet you on your arrival and collect your laundry and dry cleaning.
- We will return it to you with your catering prior to departure.
- Please note that there will be occasions when this service may not be available, such as Sundays or during the night if you have a short turnaround.

PERSONAL SHOPPING SERVICE:
If you require any items from specific outlets, eg. Harrods, then we can order and collect them for you. Delivery will be to the aircraft along with your catering order. A fee may be charged for this service.

MENU PLANNING & PRINTING:
Let us create your table menu using a selection of suitable paper and high quality laser printing - it adds that special touch to your catering, for instance:

EQUIPMENT ADVICE & PURCHASE:
There will always be the occasion when you need to refresh the cabin with some new decor, new sheets and pillow cases or even just a new cork screw.

INTERNATIONAL ADVICE:
If you need help on any aspects of international travel, on what you can expect to load from the local caterers around the world, on ideas regarding local specialities (as well as what not to order), if maybe you would like advice on a suitable hotel, or even just a chat about the weather at your destination, then call me personally, and make your life easier, your passengers more satisfied and therefore your job more rewarding.
