COLD CANAPES  

Caviar

Royal Imperial, Beluga, Oscietra, Sevruga

Please specify the number of passengers, and select your choice of accompaniments from the following list:

Finely chopped parsley, chopped egg white egg yolk capers, lemon wedges, buckwheat blinis, toast points, melba toast and sour cream


 

Cold Canapes

These are prepared on German rye bread
and are perfectly sized.
The caviar is on a heart shaped bread.
We can of course make any other canapés to suit your specific requirements.

Blue cheese with red grape slices
Buckwheat blinis with creme fraîche, caviar and spring onion garnish
Chorizo blended with honey and basil
Creamed cheese vol-au-vents
Date filled with fresh mango
English stilton cheese with sliced grape
Foie gras d'oie with truffle
Fresh asparagus with julienne of red pepper
Fresh crab with chilli and lime
